My research interest has been emergent to develop translational disease intervention strategies against important human chronic diseases by cultivating the balance between tolerance versus immunity, abrogating inflammation, mediated by the gut microbiome. The project is based on the disruption of synchrony between the gut microbiome and metabolic rhythms by pathogenic infection.
