What is the deadline for abstract submission?

The deadline for abstract submission is Nov 18, 2024. No late submissions will be accepted.

How do I submit my abstract?

Abstracts must be submitted online through the stripe conference website. You will need to create an account on the submission portal and follow the instructions provided.

Can I submit more than one abstract?

Yes, you can submit multiple abstracts. Each abstract must be submitted separately.

What are the abstract formatting requirements?

Abstracts must be no longer than 300 words and structured into four sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The title should be no more than 20 words.

Will I receive a confirmation of my abstract submission?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once your abstract has been successfully submitted.

How are abstracts reviewed and selected?

All abstracts undergo a peer-review process by the Conference Scientific Committee. They are evaluated based on originality, significance, and clarity. Accepted abstracts will be selected for either oral or poster presentations.

When will I be notified if my abstract is accepted?

Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by Nov 18-19, 2024.

What are the different presentation formats available?

Accepted abstracts can be presented as either oral presentations or poster presentations. Oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including Q&A. Posters should be 36 inches x 48 inches in size.

Are there any awards for the best presentations?

Yes, outstanding abstracts will be recognized with awards in the following categories: Best Oral Presentation, Best Poster Presentation, and Young Investigator Award.
