Dr. Robertson is working to apply self-adaptive software and machine learning principles to Computer Vision, and Perceptual Intelligence. His current research activities include self-adaptive software architectures and technology, symbolic learning systems, perceptually enabled interfaces, physically embedded intelligent autonomous systems, and advanced programming language environments and design. He was recently a senior scientist at Raytheon BBN Technologies. He was a research scientist at the M.I.T Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) He has worked on several DARPA funded programs, including IL, SRS, ANTS, SAFER, and EDCS. He was PI on SAFER and EDCS.

Dr. Sharmin Nahar is an Assistant professor at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), Lancaster University, with a profound expertise in both academic and industrial research. Her primary research areas span across Technology Management, Innovation, Sustainability, Social Networks, Entrepreneurship in emerging economies, Gender, Business performance, and the dynamics within SMEs. She is well-versed in a variety of quantitative research methods, including Meta-Analysis, Systematic Literature Review (SLR), System Dynamics, Empirical Research, Panel Data Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Ganeshsree Selvachandran

Dr. Ganeshsree Selvachandran is a Professor at the School of Business, Monash University Malaysia, Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia. She received the BSc. (Hons), MSc. and PhD degrees in Mathematics (specializing in Pure Mathematics) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2009, 2010 and 2013, respectively. She is a prolific researcher in the areas of fuzzy mathematics, computational intelligence, artificial intelligence, and machine learning and have thus far authored close to 90 research articles and conference papers in these areas. In 2019, she was ranked no. 6 in the World Top Authors in the areas of fuzzy sets, fuzzy systems and complex fuzzy by Scopus, Elsevier. To date, she has successfully obtained several competitive research grants totalling more than USD250,000. She has also received more than 60 internal, national, and international awards in recognition of her excellence in research and academics. She currently serves as the editor of three international journals including the prestigious Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI), Elsevier, and is an active reviewer for more than 30 international journals listed in the Web of Science and Scopus. She has also served as a member of the scientific review committee for several local and international conferences.

Eman A. Shokr

Associate Professor of Community Health Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Menoufia University, Egypt.

Dr. Eman Shokr is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Health Nursing at Menoufia University in Egypt. She holds a B.Sc. (Honors), M.Sc., and Ph.D. from the same university. She is actively involved in nursing education and research, with experience as a Clinical Instructor, Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, and currently as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Nursing. She has taught various courses related to family and community health nursing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her expertise includes practical supervision and field training in areas such as maternal and child health, occupational health, school health, chronic disease management and AI. She has received recognition for her scientific activities, including serving as a judge in the ISEF competition at the national level in Egypt in 2024. She also won the award for the best project at the Menoufia Governorate level in 2023. In 2024, she became an International Certified Trainer of green projects. She served as a scientific advisor and student supervisor for the second conference of the Faculty of Nursing at Menoufia University, focused on “Green Future,” held in March 2024. Dr. Shokr is currently writing a book on drug addiction, drug abuse, and treatment. Dr. Shokr has additional certifications, including the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT) Training of Trainers (TOT) from the Middle East and North Africa Branch in 2018. Furthermore, she is a volunteer member of the National Council for Women in Menoufia Governorate. Her research excellence was acknowledged with the award for the best research at the Arab Training and Creativity Conference in Jordan for her work on the impact of using digital transformation techniques and individual innovation in adopting mobile or web applications for remote nursing care. Dr. Shokr is skilled in conducting health education TV programs, demonstrating her proficiency in the field.

Ayat-Allah Bouramdane

Graduated from the International University of Rabat (IUR), École Polytechnique (l’X) with a master’s thesis conducted at Centrale Supélec-Université Paris Saclay (GeePs lab), and from Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) (Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique-l’X, Institut Pierre Simon Laplace “IPSL”), Ayat-Allah focuses on modeling and optimizing energy systems (renewables, storage, and hydrogen) in actual and future climate impacted by climate change scenarios. In 2022, Ayat-Allah held the position of postdoctoral researcher and modeling group leader at a solar energy research platform. Ayat-Allah is currently an assistant professor at the IUR (Laboratory of Renewable Energies and Advanced Materials “LERMA”, College of Engineering and Architecture-ESIN/Aerospace Automotive). Her research has yielded peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and outreach activities on climate change and energy flexibility. She has also served as a reviewer for esteemed journals. In November 2023, she received the “Best Researcher Award” in the “International Research Awards on Civil and Environmental Engineering”.

He is an Assoc.Prof at ATME College of Engineering, Mysore, Karnataka, India. He has served as an Asst. Prof, Guest Lecturer, and lecturer for eight and half years. He has pursued his research in Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Chennai and also qualified UGC-NET Exam in Dec 2019. He obtained his master’s degree, M Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems from VTU, Karnataka, India in 2012 and bachelor’s degree, B E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka, India in 2009. He is a member of the Optical Society of America (OSA). His current research interests are in the areas of digital holography, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Han Huang

Dr. Huang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Software Engineering at South China University of Technology. He is serving as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation (IF: 14.3), Complex & Intelligent Systems (IF: 5.8) and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence (IF: 5.3), and Director of Teaching Steering Committee for Software Engineering of Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province. Prof. Huang has made great contributions to the scholarship on the theories and application of intelligent optimization algorithms. He has proposed a time complexity analysis method of real-world evolutionary algorithms, algorithms for efficient and accurate image matting, a method for automated test case generation based on path coverage, etc. Prof. Huang has hosted more than twenty national and provincial projects. He has published two books and more than 80 papers in IEEE TCYB, IEEE TETC, IEEE TSE, IEEE TEVC, and Science China, including ESI highly cited papers. As the first inventor, Prof. Huang has 47 invention patents granted in China and seven invention patents granted in the United States. He won China Patent Excellence Award and developed an association standard entitled “Standard for glass-box testing without source code” as the first contributor.
